The spark
It all started with a frustrated plumber. From years on the job, our founders saw the same issue time and again.
Buying a new boiler was a slow, drawn-out process, often taking weeks, filled with unnecessary delays and frustration for homeowners.
The strategy
Founded in 2019, iHeat brought together tech and trade. Rick, a skilled web developer, joined forces with expert heating engineers James and Stephen.
Their vision was simple: use smart technology and real-world experience to make choosing and installing a boiler fast, clear, and hassle-free.
