Vaillant boilers start from £2,595 including installation and VAT with iHeat. Your price depends on the model and work required, including whether you are keeping the same boiler type and location.

A boiler-only retail price does not include fitting. Our online quote shows a fixed installation price for your home so you can compare the complete package.

Start with your hot-water demand, existing system and available space. A combi supplies hot water on demand without a cylinder. A system or regular boiler works with stored hot water, which can suit homes using several bathrooms.

Your quote sets out the boiler, fitting, VAT and equipment included. A Gas Safe registered engineer installs and commissions your boiler, completes the handover and explains the controls. iHeat arranges the warranty registration and installation paperwork.

Our standard scope includes flues up to 5 metres and gas-supply upgrades up to 12 metres. Longer routes or work outside the agreed scope may cost extra and will be discussed before it begins. See our installation terms for the full scope.

A straightforward like-for-like replacement is usually completed in one day. Moving the boiler or changing system type may take longer. We review the work and confirm the arrangements before installation.

Next-day fitting is available on weekdays, subject to availability and our 3pm booking requirements, including payment and installation photos. Your quote shows the dates available for your home.

The warranty depends on your model and installation package. Check the length shown on the product card and your final quote. Manufacturer guarantees can also depend on the equipment installed, registration and the applicable terms.

You must keep up with the manufacturer’s servicing requirements. We send free annual service reminders; the service itself is paid separately and can be booked with iHeat or another appropriately qualified Gas Safe registered engineer.

Yes. We offer 0% APR over 12 or 24 months on selected boilers and plans, plus 9.9% APR representative over 36, 48, 60 or 120 months through V12 Retail Finance. Credit is subject to status, affordability and approval.

Your quote shows the available plans, deposit, monthly repayments and total payable. Compare the total cost as well as the monthly amount, particularly with longer interest-bearing agreements.

The iHeat aftercare team is here to support you after installation. We can review the problem and arrange an installation recall or raise a manufacturer warranty call on your behalf when needed.

We aim to respond to aftercare issues within 24–48 hours, and important issues such as leaks within 24 hours. These are response targets, not guaranteed repair times.
