Prepayment Plan Agreement

1. Introduction

1.1 This Prepayment Plan Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the terms under which you ("Customer") make monthly prepayments towards your annual boiler service, provided by LeadsUK Ltd t/a iHeat ("Company," "we," "us," "our").
1.2 The purpose of this plan is to allow customers to spread the cost of their annual boiler service over 12 months in advance of their next service.
1.3 Before enrolling in this plan, your boiler must have either been: Installed by us, or Had its first service completed and paid for in full.
1.4 Customers may enroll at any time. If you join partway through a payment cycle, your first payment will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis to align with the next service due date.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payments will be collected monthly via Stripe and will be a fixed amount unless your first payment includes a pro-rata adjustment.
2.2 The plan is designed to fully cover the cost of your annual service before it is due.

3. What’s Included

3.1 The Prepayment Plan covers:

3.2 The agreed service cost will be honored throughout the plan duration, even if service prices increase.
3.3 Customers may prepay up to 2 years in advance if they choose.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

4.1 You may cancel your Prepayment Plan at any time.
4.2 If you cancel, you will receive a full refund of unused payments, minus an administration fee of £20 + VAT.
4.3 If you cancel and still wish to receive the annual service, you must pay the remaining balance in full before the service is carried out.
4.4 You may transfer the plan to a new homeowner with our written consent. An administration fee may apply for processing the transfer.
4.5 Cooling-Off Period. You have the right to cancel this Agreement within 14 days of enrolment without any charge, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel within this period, please contact us using the details provided in Section 8.

5. Plan Renewal & Service Scheduling

5.1 The Prepayment Plan automatically renews on a rolling basis until you cancel.
5.2 We will provisionally book your annual service for a pre-selected preferred date and will:

6. General Terms

6.1 This agreement does not include any repairs, upgrades, or additional work beyond the annual service.
6.2 Payments made under this plan do not constitute an insurance policy or boiler breakdown cover.
6.3 We reserve the right to amend these terms, with at least 30 days' notice provided for any material changes.

7. Governing Law

7.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
7.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
