How much does a Worcester Bosch boiler cost to install?

What is included in my Worcester Bosch installation?
Your quote includes the boiler, fitting, VAT and agreed equipment. We also remove and dispose of your old boiler, where safe. Your Gas Safe registered engineer commissions the new boiler and shows you how to use the controls. iHeat arranges the warranty registration and installation paperwork.
When converting to a combi, we remove redundant tanks and re-pipe where safe. Asbestos-containing tanks or affected back boilers may need to remain in place; asbestos removal is not included.
Our standard scope includes flues up to 5 metres and required mains-gas pipe upgrades up to 12 metres. Longer routes or work outside the agreed scope may cost extra, with any additional work and price agreed before it begins. See everything included.
How long does installation take, and is next-day fitting available?
A straightforward like-for-like replacement is usually completed in one day. Moving the boiler or changing system type may take longer. We review the work and confirm the arrangements before installation.
Next-day fitting is available on weekdays, subject to availability and our 3pm booking requirements, including payment and installation photos. Your quote shows the dates available for your home.
How long is the Worcester Bosch warranty?
The warranty depends on your model and installation package. Check the length shown on the product card and your final quote. Manufacturer guarantees also depend on registration and the applicable terms. iHeat arranges your warranty registration.
Your boiler needs an annual service to maintain its manufacturer cover. We send free service reminders. Servicing is paid for separately and you can book with iHeat or another appropriately qualified Gas Safe registered engineer. Keep the service record with your warranty documents.

Yes. We offer 0% APR over 12 or 24 months on selected boilers and plans, plus 9.9% APR representative over 36, 48, 60 or 120 months through V12 Retail Finance. Credit is subject to status, affordability and approval.
Your quote shows the available plans, deposit, monthly repayments and total payable. Compare the total cost as well as the monthly amount, particularly with longer interest-bearing agreements.

The iHeat aftercare team is here to support you after installation. We can review the problem and arrange an installation recall or raise a manufacturer warranty call on your behalf when needed.
We aim to respond to aftercare issues within 24–48 hours, and important issues such as leaks within 24 hours. These are response targets, not guaranteed repair times.
What happens after I book my boiler installation?
We email your order confirmation and order number. You provide photos of your existing installation so our team can review the work and confirm the arrangements before your engineer arrives.
Before installation day, clear the working area and access route. Your engineer installs and commissions the boiler, explains the controls and completes the handover. iHeat arranges the warranty registration and installation paperwork, which you should receive within 7 working days.
If anything changes or you have a question before the visit, contact our team with your order number.
Can I change my installation date or cancel my order?
Contact our team as soon as possible if you need to change your booking. We will check available dates and explain any effect on the arrangements or price before you agree to a change.
Our terms set out a 14-day cooling-off period from order acceptance. If you request installation during that period, cancellation after work starts may involve charges for work already carried out. Once the requested services have been fully completed, the right to cancel those services for a change of mind ends. Your statutory rights if something is wrong are unaffected.
Cancellation outside the cooling-off period may also involve charges. Contact iHeat with your order details and read sections 11 and 12 of our installation terms for the conditions and refund process.
