We understand that by buying a boiler online you may be slightly skeptical, particularly if you haven’t heard of iHeat before.
Well let us put your mind at rest..
With iHeat, what you see is what you pay. Your price is absolutely fixed and will not change providing the details you have entered into the quote are correct.
This includes the boiler, installation, pipe work connected to your existing system, flue kit, chemical flush, magnetic filter and wireless controls. We will even upgrade your gas pipe for free if this is required.
We offer a range of finance solutions for your boiler from 0% APR for 24 months and 11.9% APR up to 10 years so that you can spread the cost. If you wish you could also choose to pay up to a 50% deposit, bringing your monthly payments down.
If you do have the means to pay for your new boiler in full, this can also be done, preventing the need for any finance applications.
For any further information regarding finance applications, or the payment methods we accept, please feel free to give our friendly team a call on 0333 305 6880.
At iHeat, we only sell and install high quality, A-rated efficient boilers that not only help keep your future heating bills down, but also reduce your impact on the environment- a win, win!
We stock and install boilers from Viessmann, Worcester-Bosch and Alpha, all with Trustpilot ratings above 4.5/5 stars.*

Unfortunately, in England and Wales there are over 60 deaths from carbon monoxide poisoning every year. As a result, the government set up the Gas Safe Register, which states that by law, all gas engineers must be registered as Gas Safe.
At iHeat, we take gas safety very seriously, ensuring that all of our approved boiler installers are Gas Safe Registered.
For your peace of mind, we make sure all of our approved installers display their Gas Safe card upon arrival so you can be sure the work will be done diligently and safely.
All of our engineers are fully vetted with the following checks in place:
DBS Check
Gas Safety Check
Public Liability Insurance
CCN1 Qualification Check
Work References
Previous Work Review
At iHeat, we believe transparency with both the customer, and our engineers, is vital to delivering a great service.
Whilst we use subcontractors up-and-down the country to carry out boiler installations, these engineers will be local to you and have already been subject to our strenuous ‘on-boarding’ process.
In the extremely unlikely event that there is an issue with your installation, iHeat will manage any grievances you may have, aiming to come to the most appropriate solution for you. Read our full terms and conditions for more information on this.
Sometimes, making big purchases online can seem daunting, especially if you can’t see the people behind the screens. If this is the case, please feel free to give us a ring to speak with one of our team members who will be more than happy to help you, and answer any questions you may have.
We will also usually give you a call prior to the installation as well as a few days after, just to check that you’re completely happy with your new boiler.
At iHeat, all of our boilers have warranties between 7 and 10 years, during which time the warranty covers your boiler against manufacturing/material defects for both parts and labour, so even if there is a problem, you won’t be left in the cold and we can get your boiler up and running again in no time.
To claim under the warranty, you must ensure that the boiler has been maintained and inspected by a Gas Safe registered engineer on an annual basis. See our Terms & Conditions for more information.
